There a lot of moving parts to planning and coordinating our summer league and competitive travel seasons.

The BYFSA Board has developed a way for our families to become more involved with our program. How? By becoming a division representative or BYFSA committee member. 

BYFSA Division Representatives

Summer League Division Representatives

The purpose of a summer league division representative is to be the liaison between the division participants and the BYFSA Board. The representatives are welcome to attend BYFSA Board meetings to communicate updates/requests to the board. The summer league division representatives are responsible for ensuring that all activities during the league night is going smoothly. They are also responsible for ensuring that all equipment is put away and locked up at the end of the evening.

BYFSA Committees

The purpose of BYFSA Committees is to assist the BYFSA Board in the planning and execution of BYFSA functions. Committee members are welcome to attend BYFSA Board meetings.

Bismarck Blast Tournament Committee

The Bismarck Blast Tournament Committee will assist in the planning and execution of the Bismarck Blast Tournament that is held each year in June.

North Dakota State Junior Olympic Tournament Committee

The ND State JO Tournament Committee will assist in the planning and execution of the State tournament during the years that it is held in Bismarck.

How to become a representative or join a committee

Division representatives will be able to select the choice to volunteer on the summer league registration form or by sending an email to bismarckyouthfastpitch@gmail.com.

Committee members will be able to volunteer by selecting the choice on the travel team registration form or by sending an email to bismarckyouthfastpitch@gmail.com.
