The BYFSA 2023 Pitching and Catching Clinics will be held at Sanford POWER! We will have coaches working with the girls to teach them proper pitching form and mechanics.
The fee is $100.
Pitching clinics are for girls ages 7 through 18 and will be conducted on January 7, 14, 21, 28 and February 11 (five weeks).
Clinic time for 7-10 year old's will be 1pm-2pm and 11-18 year old's will be 2pm-3pm.
Each pitcher is required to provide their own catcher.

Emily Brunskill from Valley Center, CA was recruited to pitch at University of Mary from 2009-2012. She assisted BHS as a pitching coach in 2017 and has been giving pitching lessons in the Bismarck area since 2011. She has been a Bismarck/Mandan resident for the past 10 years.
Cassidy Barclay from Lamar, Missouri is on her second season as an Assistant Coach for the University of Mary. Cassidy was a 3-time All-State performer for Lamar HS. After graduating high school, she attended Emporia State University in Kansas. She graduated from ESU in 2021, majoring in Physical Education and Health Education. During her four years at Emporia State, she was a member of the Hornet softball team where she played under head coach, April Rosales. Barclay was a four-year starting catcher for the Hornets, hitting 14 home runs in her career and getting conference honors her sophomore year. She was also a member of SAAC and FCA at the University.
We're very excited to work with Emily and Cassidy to offer these sessions for our pitchers and catchers!
