Dear BYFSA Families,

In preparation for the first nights of our summer season, we wanted to communicate some information ahead of time to ensure the schedules go smoothly.

Please refer to the schedule in the SportsEngine App as we allow time for pictures during the first week and next, depending on your division.

2022 Summer League Picture Schedule

Refer to your individual picture time and arrive 10 minutes early to meet at the shelter north of Scheels field to gather your team. Pictures will be taken at the south end near field 5. Once pictures are completed, go to the field in which your practice/scrimmage is scheduled.

• 6U - Monday, June 6
• 8U - Tuesday, June 7
• 10U - Monday, June 13
• 11Up - Wednesday, June 8
• Sparks Teams - Thursday, June 9

Last year, we took all pictures in one area which seemed to work well. We’ve scheduled pictures this year to try to alleviate congestion and allow for a smooth schedule. (See picture to the right for gathering information, picture location and suggested parking areas).

2022 BYFSA Fundraiser

We have partnered with Fundraising University again this year. BYFSA Board is asking each family to sell 5 cards/subscriptions. Cards will be distributed to families by your Team Coordinator. Money is to be returned to your Team Coordinator. Additional cards can be requested through your Team Coordinator. The fundraiser will go from June 6-22.

• Player who sells the most cards in each division will earn cash prize.
• A pizza party will be awarded to the team who sells the most cards in each division.

Team Coordinators

We anticipate that the t-shirts will be ready for delivery to you between June 1-3. More information on how that will work will be forthcoming. Fundraising packets will be delivered to you on the night of your first practice/game. Meet with Chad at the shelter north of Scheels field to pick up your packet between 5:45-6:15.
